Engineering and science must be inherently inclusive. All engineers should feel equally at home in the modern, diverse engineering sector, and have equal opportunity to progress within it, irrespective of ethnicity, belief system, age, disability, gender or sexual identity and the STEM sector should be seen as a desirable career because of its diversity.
This Award rewards organisations for harnessing a truly diverse workforce or inclusive ethos, thus recognising the significant efforts of organisations globally that excel in their commitment to equality and inclusion across all strands of diversity.
We aim to recognise an organisation who has rolled out an initiative which contributes to building a more diverse and inclusive engineering and technology culture, and whose work has helped make the technology industry more accessible to people from traditionally under-represented groups.
Please consider how you can demonstrate the benefits of your innovation in your entry form. A shortlist and winner will be selected by our judging panel.
